Campalot Refund & Return Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Campalot. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept returns for unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns.
  • Items must be in saleable condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. In the unlikely event it is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us right away so we can fix the issue.

Non-returnable Items

Certain products, such as custom-made or modified items, cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way is to return the original item, and once approved, make a new purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, we’ll process it back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
