Campalot Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders and work with trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
🕒 Processing Times
Orders are prepared and processed within 1–2 business days.
Depending on the products in your order:
• In-stock items ship directly from our Sunshine Coast warehouse
• Some items ship directly from trusted suppliers across Australia
Because of this, dispatch times may vary slightly between products. You’ll receive tracking details as each shipment leaves its warehouse.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
🚚 Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or regional areas may take a little longer.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
⚡ Express Shipping (Selected Products Only)
Some in-stock items qualify for Express Shipping for faster delivery.
• Express orders are prioritised and dispatched within 1 business day
• Available on selected small and lightweight products only
• Bulky or supplier-shipped items are not eligible
If your cart contains a mix of express-eligible and supplier-shipped products, Express Shipping may not appear at checkout.
For the fastest delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for Express-eligible items.
Express shipping (where available) typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
📦 Our Delivery Partners
We generally ship orders using Australia Post. Depending on the size, weight, or destination, we may use other trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery.
Your order will be shipped with the most efficient carrier based on size, weight, and destination.
Some orders may arrive in multiple parcels.
PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Business Addresses
We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers where the supplier and carrier supports it. Some couriers may require a physical street address (no PO Boxes), but we'll be in touch if that's the case.
Business addresses should include the business name and any delivery instructions (e.g. loading dock hours).
📮 Delivery Issues
Damaged Items
Please inspect your items on arrival. If anything is damaged, email photos to info@campalot.com.au and we’ll help sort it out.
Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
Redelivery costs may apply. Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout.
Gifts
If sending as a gift, please notify the recipient to avoid returns.
🔄 Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled after 48 hours may incur a $30 admin fee.
If an item has already shipped, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

🇳🇿 International Shipping to New Zealand
We offer flat-rate shipping to New Zealand for $AUD25.
Processing times are the same as Australian orders.
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking is provided once dispatched.
